Refund policy

Although we do state measurement sizes in every item description, as well as note any flaw, we do understand that things happen and our customers are not always satisfied with every purchase. Please reach out to us with any issue with an item/purchase and we will always be happy to work something out. When we start the refund process, we will issue a return label to you, you will re-package the item and once we receive the item back, we will examine it and then issue the refund (shipping refund is not included). Refunds normally reflect back in your account between 3-5 business days.
